These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of expeditedtransportllc.com (the “Site”) and our text messaging program. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Freight services are provided only under a separate written agreement, quote, or booking confirmation.
1. About Us
Expedited Transport LLC provides heavy haul, specialty, and military freight brokerage and dispatch services, with Quick Pay available to carriers.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or submit false information. Site content is for general information and does not constitute a quote, offer, or contract.
3. Quotes, Rates, and Shipments
Rates, transit times, and equipment availability are confirmed in a written quote or booking confirmation, not on this Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds Expedited Transport until a quote has been accepted in writing. Each shipment is governed by the written terms that apply to it, which control if they differ from these Terms.
Quick Pay, including any rate, fee, and payment timing, is offered under the request form or written agreement you receive. Nothing on the Site changes those terms.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program name: Expedited Transport Notifications
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Expedited Transport LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your conversations with us and may include appointment reminders, shipment and load updates, and follow-ups on your requests.
How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on a contact form on this Site, agree during onboarding, or give verbal consent to our staff. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies based on your shipment and account activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to Expedited Transport LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party sites and forms, for example our Quick Pay request form (a Google Form). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Liability for freight is governed by the written agreement for the shipment and applicable law, not by these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expedited Transport LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
